基于傅里叶曲线拟合的旋翼筒式粘弹阻尼器性能试验研究

摘要 针对“扭转”型旋翼筒式粘弹阻尼器在高频试验条件下引起阻尼器性能参数检测误差较大、稳定性变低等问题,提出基傅里叶曲线拟合对试验数据行处理获取性能参数。对给定角位移和加载频率下的筒式阻尼器试件进行试验,采用傅里叶拟合试验数据,从而获得损耗角参数,进而计算阻尼刚度等其他参数。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确性和稳定性,可以为直升机旋翼阻尼器设计、研制提供理论保障。 In order to solve the problems of large error and low stability of the performance parameters of the“torsional”rotor drum viscoelastic damper under high frequency test conditions,this paper proposes to process the test data to obtain the performance parameters based on Fourier curve fitting.In this paper,the cylindrical damper specimens with given angular displacement and loading frequency are tested.The loss Angle parameters were obtained by using Fourier fitting test data,and then other parameters such as damping stiffness were calculated.Experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and stability,and provides theoretical support for the design and development of helicopter rotor damper.
