随着社会经济的高速发展,国内工厂建设数量不断增加,规模不断扩大。自“安全发展”这一要求正式提出后,落实工厂安全生产管理工作愈发重要。若想切实达成安全生产目标,工厂就必须创建一套科学合理、可行性高的安全生产责任机制,实现对生产流程的规范化管控,在结合法律法规的基础上,合理借助法律措施对生产作业的安全性进行管控,以达成安全生产的目标,并确保生产标准和效果之间的和谐统一,使工厂始终保持安全生产状态。

With the rapid development of the social economy,the number and scale of domestic factory construction are constantly increasing.Since the formal requirement of"safe development"was put forward,the implementation of factory safety production management has become increasingly important.If we want to truly achieve the goal of safety production,factories must create a scientifically reasonable and feasible safety production responsibility mechanism,achieve standardized control of production processes,and reasonably use legal measures to control the safety of production operations based on laws and regulations,in order to achieve the goal of safety production and ensure the harmonious unity between production standards and effects,so that the factory always maintains a safe production state.
