不同产地桑叶总黄酮总多酚含量及抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:2

Determination of total polyphenols and flavonoids of mulberry leaves from different habitats and their antioxidant activities

摘要 通过超声提取8个产地的桑叶(新疆吐鲁番、新疆喀什白桑、喀什药桑、四川宜宾、安徽亳州、安徽太和、广东化州、陕西商洛)及中检院标准品桑叶中的总黄酮、总多酚,对9种桑叶提取的总黄酮、总多酚含量进行测定,并比较其抗氧化活性。采用单因素实验研究料液比、提取溶剂浓度、超声功率、提取时间等影响因素对桑叶总黄酮和总多酚含量提取率的影响。结果显示,料液比1∶60 g/mL,乙醇浓度60%,超声功率200 W,提取时间30 min为最佳提取工艺。宜宾、吐鲁番桑叶的总黄酮、总多酚含量较高;宜宾、吐鲁番、亳州桑叶抗氧化能力较强。各产地桑叶总黄酮及总多酚含量与抗氧化活性存在正相关。本研究可为不同产地的桑叶开发提供依据。 Ultrasound extraction was used to extract total flavonoids and polyphenols from mulberry leaves from 8 different regions(Turpan of Xinjiang,Kashgar white mulberry,Kashgar medicinal mulberry,Yibin of Sichuan,Bozhou of Anhui,Taihe of Anhui,Huazhou of Guangdong,and Shangluo of Shaanxi)and standard samples of mulberry leaves from the Chinese Academy of Inspection.The content of total flavonoids and polyphenols extracted from 9 kinds of mulberry leaves was determined,and their antioxidant activities were compared.Single factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of factors such as material liquid ratio,extraction solvent concentration,ultrasonic power,and extraction time on the extraction rate of total flavonoids and total polyphenols in mulberry leaves.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was solid-liquid ratio 1∶60 g/mL,ethanol 60%,ultrasonic power of 200 W,and extraction for 30 minutes.The total flavonoid and total polyphenol content of mulberry leaves from Yibin and Turpan were relatively high;mulberry leaves from Yibin,Turpan,and Bozhou had stronger antioxidant activities.There was a positive correlation between the total flavonoid and total polyphenol content of mulberry leaves from various regions and their antioxidant activities.This study provides a basis for the development of mulberry leaves from different production areas.
