摘要
在生物疫苗生产企业中,生产厂房是生产活动的主要集中地,并且生产厂房的设施设备能耗较高,其中以空调能耗最为明显。为了践行节能减排要求,也为了降低生物疫苗企业生产成本,在生产厂房设计过程中应秉持节能理念,充分挖掘生产厂房的节能潜力,降低能耗。基于此,结合某生物疫苗生产厂房设计,分析节能理念的运用策略。
In the biological vaccine production enterprises,the production plant is the main concentration of production activities,and the energy consumption of the production plant is high,especially the energy consumption of air conditioning.In order to fulfill the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,as well as to reduce the production cost of biological vaccine enterprises,the concept of energy conservation should be upheld in the design process of production plant,and the energy saving potential of production plant should be fully explored to reduce energy consumption.Based on this,combined with the design of a biological vaccine production plant,this paper analyzes the application strategy of energy-saving concept.
