特种微生物处理叶酸生产废水条件优化

摘要 工业生产叶酸不仅需要耗费大量的水,且在生产过程中也会产生大量有机物浓度高、盐浓度高、色度高、可生化性很差的废水。嗜酸耐盐特种微生物对叶酸生产废水的生物降解有重要影响。本实验从叶酸生产废水中筛选出特种微生物,经鉴定为大观贝氏菌(Byssochlamys spectabilis),绘制其生长曲线,考察特种微生物菌液投加量对废水的降解效果。结果表明,大观贝氏菌菌液投加量为50%(v/v)时,反应4天后,废水化学需氧量(Chemical oxygen demand,COD)和苯胺降解率均达最高,分别为84.90%和83.26%。 Industrial production of folic acid not only consumes a large amount of water,but also generates a large amount of wastewater with high organic matter concentration,high salt concentration,high chromaticity,and very poor biochemistry during the production process.Acidophilic and salt-tolerant special microorganisms have an important impact on the biodegradation of folic acid production wastewater.In this experiment,special microorganisms were screened from folic acid production wastewater and identified as Byssochlamys spectabilis,and its growth curve was plotted.The degradation effect of special microorganisms on wastewater was investigated,and the results showed that:when the dosage of Byssochlamys spectabilis was 10%(v/v),the wastewater degradation rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)and aniline was reduced in 4 days after reaction.COD and aniline degradation rate were the highest,84.90% and 83.26%,respectively.
