目前,高速公路和市政行业领域基本推行建筑工程装配化施工,桥梁的装配化施工逐渐趋向规模化,采用桥梁预制管桩、预制墩柱、预制盖梁和预制梁模块化拼接安装,而桥梁预制墩柱在施工过程中经常遇到安装拼接不牢固、注浆不饱满等质量问题。因此,要优化桥梁预制墩柱安装技术,提升桥梁预制墩柱安装质量,稳固桥梁预制墩柱,从而实现桥梁装配化安装的牢固性和使用的耐久性。

At present,the assembly construction of construction projects is basically being promoted in the fields of highways and municipal industries.The assembly construction of bridges is gradually moving towards scale,using prefabricated pipe piles,prefabricated pier columns,prefabricated cover beams,and modular splicing installation of prefabricated beams.However,during the construction process,bridge prefabricated pier columns often encounter quality problems such as weak installation splicing and insufficient grouting.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the installation technology of prefabricated bridge piers and columns,improve the installation quality of prefabricated bridge piers and columns,stabilize the prefabricated bridge piers and columns,and achieve the firmness and durability of prefabricated bridge installation and use.
