摘要
生猪养殖是畜牧产业的重要组成部分,不仅能够为人民群众提供优质的蛋白质资源,也能够丰富餐桌营养组成。但随着生猪养殖体量呈现“井喷式”增长后,粪污的合理利用成为当前研究的热点话题。文章从营养减量化的角度入手,重点围绕低能低蛋白、铜减排、磷减排、抗生素减排、营养减排等方面进行剖析,总结了猪营养减排的技术策略,旨在为生猪产业粪污的有效处理提供参考和借鉴。
Pig breeding is an important part of the animal husbandry industry,which can not only provide high�quality protein resources for people,but also enrich the nutritional composition of the table.However,with the"blowout"growth of the volume of pig breeding,the rational utilization of feces has become a hot topic in current researches.From the perspective of nutrition reduction,the analysis of low energy and low protein,copper emission reduction,phosphorus emission reduction,antibiotic emission reduction,nutrition emission reduction replacement were analyzed,and the technical strategy of pig nutrition emission reduction was summarized,which aimed to provide references for the effective treatment of manure in the pig industry.
