饲料中霉菌毒素检测方法的研究进展

摘要 饲料中存在的霉菌毒素种类繁多,其在畜禽养殖中的危害性也越来越被重视,因此霉菌毒素的检测就显得尤为重要。目前,随着实验室设备以及饲料行业检测标准的日趋完善,霉菌毒素检测技术已逐渐从简单定性发展为精确定量,从利用薄层色谱法(TLC)检测单一毒素转变为利用液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)同时检测多种毒素。通过概述饲料中常见的几种霉菌毒素的检测方法,并分析汇总此类检测标准以及技术的发展进步,可为实验室选择适宜、高效的霉菌毒素检测技术提供参考建议。 There are various types of mycotoxins in feed,and their harmfulness in livestock and poultry has been increasingly valued.Therefore,the detection of mycotoxins is very important.At present,with the increasing improvement of testing standards in laboratories and the feed industry,the detection technology of mycotoxins has achieved a shift from qualitative to quantitative analyses,and from single toxins of using thin layer chromatography(TLC)to multiple toxins of using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The research progresses of mycotoxins measurement in feed,including the development of detection standards and technologies in recent years were summarized,so as to provide references for the selection of appropriate methods for the detection of mycotoxins in feed.
