河南省黄河流域城镇化高质量发展与生态环境耦合协调探析

Analysis on the Coupling and Coordination of High-quality Urbanization and Ecological Environment in the Yellow River Basin of Henan Province

运用熵权法,从空间和时序两个维度对2010—2022年河南省黄河流域的8个地市城镇化高质量发展与生态环境的耦合协调度进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)12年来城镇化高质量发展与生态环境均稳定提升;(2)城镇化高质量发展与生态环境的协调阶段呈现出“拮抗—磨合—协调”的显著提升,且磨合时间长,从2018年就进入二者“协调发展”阶段;(3)除了省会郑州2010年就进入城镇化高质量与生态环境的“同步发展”状态,其他地市则存在着“城镇化高质量发展滞后”的显著问题。

This study uses entropy weight method to empirically analyze the coupling and coordination degree of high-quality urbanization and ecological environment development in eight cities of the Yellow River Basin in Henan Province from 2010 to 2022 from two dimensions of space and time sequence.The results indicate that:(1) in the past 12 years,there has been a stable improvement in the high-quality development of urbanization and the development of ecological environment to varying degrees;(2) The coordination stage between high-quality development of urbanization and ecological environment development shows a significant improvement in "antagonism,adaptation,and coordination",and the adaptation time is long.Since2018,the two have entered a "coordinated development" stage;(3) Except for the provincial capital Zhengzhou,which entered a state of "synchronous development" of high-quality urbanization and ecological environment in2010,other cities have a significant problem of "lagging behind in high-quality urbanization development".
