蓄洪区村庄多村联合编制村庄规划探索——以安徽省六安市城东湖蓄洪区三村为例

村庄规划既是我国实现乡村振兴的一项重要基础性工作,也是国土空间规划体系中的重要环节。本文以安徽省六安市城东湖蓄洪区的钱集村、烟墩村、胡桥村三村为研究对象,论证三村联合编制村庄规划的必要性。并以实地调研为基础、问题发掘为导向,分析三村发展的优势与困境,从目标定位、空间布局、产业特色、设施功能、联合管理五个方面探讨三村联合编制村庄规划的思路与策略。以期为新时期“多规合一”实用性村庄规划的多村联合编制提供借鉴。

Village planning is not only an important foundational work for achieving rural revitalization in China,but also an important link in the territorial and spatial planning system.This article takes Qianji Village,Yandun Village,and Huqiao Village,which are involved in the flood storage areas of Chengdong Lake in the Lu'an City,Anhui Province,as the research objects to demonstrate the necessity of formulating joint village planning among the three villages.Based on field research and guided by problem exploration,this study analyzes the development advantages and difficulties of the three villages,and explores the ideas and strategies for jointly formulating village planning from five aspects:target positioning,spatial layout,industrial characteristics,facility functions,and joint management,which could provide reference for the practical multi village joint planning of"multiple planning in one"in the new era.analyze the advantages and difficulties of the development of the three villages,and explore the.
