基础设施周边剩余空间更新利用探索——以浙江省宁波市镇海区为例

随着我国城镇化水平的提升,城市更新转向对土地资源的精细化利用的探索,城市剩余空间更新作为提升城市公共服务水平,推动城市高质量发展的重要引擎,也越来越受到国内外学者的重视。当前对桥下剩余空间的研究较多,尚缺乏基础设施周边剩余空间相对完整与系统性的研究。因此,本文以浙江省宁波市镇海区为例,探索基础设施周边剩余空间的更新利用原则、更新利用方向及更新指引,并提出实施保障的相关建议。

With the improvement of urbanization,urban renewal has shifted towards exploring the refined utilization of land resources.As an important engine for improving the urban public service level and promoting high-quality urban development,the renewal of urban surplus space has also received increasing attention from scholars at home and abroad.There is currently a lot of research on the surplus space under the bridge,but there is still a lack of relatively complete and systematic research on the surplus space around the infrastructure.Therefore,this article takes Zhenhai District in Ningbo City as an example to explore the principles,directions,and guidelines for the renewal and utilization of surplus space around infrastructure,and puts forward relevant suggestions for implementation guarantee.
