建设工程中的房产测绘技术要点分析

房产测绘技术在房地产项目中具有至关重要的作用,可以知悉建设房屋的范围界限、权属状况、地理位置。如何准确、合理、有效地进行房产测绘是房产测绘机构亟需解决的问题。为提高房产测绘质量,本文结合实际工作,分别从房产测绘的特征、影响因素和质量提升等角度进行了阐述,以期增强测量人员对房产测绘特点的了解,拓宽测绘技术的作业思路,进而促进房产测绘质量的提升。

Property surveying and mapping technology plays a vital role in real estate projects,which can clarify the scope boundary,ownership status and geographical location of residential projects.How to accurately,reasonably and effectively carry out property surveying and mapping is an urgent challenge for property surveying and mapping agencies.In order to improve the quality of property surveying and mapping,this paper combines with the actual work to analyze from the characteristics,influencing factors and quality improvement perspectives of property surveying and mapping,in order to enhance the surveyor’s understanding of property surveying and mapping characteristics,broaden the operational ideas of surveying and mapping technology,and promote the improvement of property surveying and mapping quality.
