矿用带式输送机托辊结构的优化设计

摘要 在SolidWorks软件中建立托辊模型,利用有限元软件对其施加约束和工作载荷后进行静力学分析,得到托辊的弹性变形及等效应力分布云图。基于分析结果,找到托辊的薄弱环节,采用托辊中间焊接圆环提高托辊刚度,并对托辊进行基于响应面的参数优化,优化后托辊重量降低了23%,显著降低了带式输送机的运行阻力。 Established a roller model in SolidWorks software,performed static analysis after applying constraints and working loads to it using finite element software,and obtained the elastic deformation and equivalent stress distribution cloud map of the roller.Based on the analysis results,the weak links of the supporting rollers were identified,and a method of improving the stiffness of the supporting rollers by welding a circular ring in the middle of the supporting rollers was adopted.The parameters of the supporting rollers were optimized based on response surface.After optimization,the weight of the supporting rollers was reduced by 23%,significantly reducing the operating resistance of the belt conveyor.
