液压支架换面免拆缸侧推机构设计

摘要 在中国西南部地区,因其煤层独特的地质构造,以及煤矿井下工作面布局方式按两翼开采的采煤方式,导致煤层走向长度较短,以至支架活动侧护板方向频繁换向。煤矿井下条件有限,调整活动侧护板方向费时费力,且操作存在较大安全隐患。根据这种实际情况,设计了换面免拆缸的侧推机构,无需对千斤顶和导杆进行拆卸、调换方向,仅通过拆装侧护板锁紧销轴的方式即可实现调换支架活动侧护板方向的目的,降低了操作难度。该侧推机构结构简单、操作方便,且安全性高,有效提升了煤矿工人的工作效率和安全系数。 In the southwestern region of China,due to the unique geological structure of its coal seams and the coal mining method of two wing mining in the underground layout of coal mines,the length of the coal seam strike is relatively short,resulting in frequent changes the direction of the hydraulic support movement side shield.The underground conditions of coal mines are limited,and adjusting the direction of the moving side shield is time-consuming and laborious,and there are significant safety hazards in the operation.Based on this actual situation,a side pushing mechanism for replacing the working face without dismantling the oil cylinder was designed,which does not require dismantling and changing the direction of the oil cylinder and guide rod.The purpose of changing the direction of the movable side shield of the support can be achieved by simply disassembling and assembling the side shield locking pin shaft,which reduces the difficulty of operation.This side pushing mechanism has a simple structure,convenient operation and high safety,which effectively improves the work efficiency and safety factor of coal miners.
