井下巷道纳米吸能安全防撞装置的设计与试验研究

摘要 针对煤矿井下巷道跑车失速事故,提出一种纳米吸能安全防撞装置,利用有限元模拟分析软件,研究了失速车辆撞击装置的最大撞击力和装置的防撞效果,同时进行了2种工况下的实车碰撞试验验证。结果表明,纳米吸能安全防撞装置多级柔性碰撞缓冲吸收能量,快速将失控车辆导入正轨,且无骑跨翻越行为,驾驶室乘员的纵横加速度明显降低。该装置具有阻挡、导向和缓冲功能,对提高井下巷道运输安全具有重要意义。 Aiming at the stall accident of car in coal mine underground roadway,proposed a nano energy absorbing anti-collision device.Using finite element simulation analysis software,the maximum impact force of the stalled vehicle impact device and the anti-collision effect of the device were studied,and the real vehicle collision test under two working conditions were carried out at the same time.The results show that the multi-stage flexible collision buffer of the nano energy-absorbing safety anti-collision device absorbs energy,quickly guides the out-of-control vehicle into the right track,does not have the behavior of riding over and overturning,and the vertical and horizontal acceleration of the cab occupants is significantly reduced.The device has the functions of blocking,guiding and buffering,and has important guiding significance for improving the transportation safe of underground roadway.
