摘要
掘进机钻臂系统通常集成在掘进机机身两侧,用于掘进后及时对巷道进行支护。针对掘进机钻臂系统受力计算较复杂的问题,采用动力学仿真软件建立了掘进机钻臂系统多刚体动力学模型,对钻臂在不同位姿下进行锚钻作业时各关节的动力学特性进行分析,并得出结果。
The drilling arm system of the roadheader is usually integrated on both sides of the machine body for timely support of the roadway after excavation.In response to the complex force calculation of the drilling arm system of the roadheader,used dynamic simulation software to establish a multi rigid body dynamic model of the drilling arm system of the roadheader.The dynamic characteristics of each joint of the drilling arm during anchor drilling operations in different positions were analyzed and conclusions were drawn.
