摘要
对激光熔覆技术的发展进行深入研究,从技术、工艺、材料以及在矿山机械领域的最新应用四方面分析激光熔覆,总结最新研究成果并探讨其应用方向。在矿山机械领域,激光熔覆技术广泛用于三机一架(挖掘机、采煤机、刮板输送机和液压支架)的主要部件上。探讨了激光熔覆目前存在的问题和不足,并对其未来发展趋势与前景进行了展望。
The development of laser cladding technology was deeply studied,and the laser cladding was analyzed from four aspects:technology,process,material and the latest application in the field of mining machinery.Summarized the latest research results and discussed its application direction.In the field of mining machinery,laser cladding technology was widely used in the main components of three machines and one support(excavator,shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support).The problems and deficiencies of laser cladding were discussed,and its future development trend and prospect were discussed.
