防水密闭门是煤矿井下重要的安全防护设备。目前煤矿用防水密闭门因建设年代较早,大多未能实现自动控制和远程控制,且密闭效果不佳。为此设计了一种齿轮传动式矿用气动控制的防水闸门,可以结合自动控制系统对其进行远程控制,且密闭可靠。

Waterproof sealing door is one of the important safety protection settings in coal mine.At present most of waterproof sealing doors of coal mine,due to the early construction age,are failure to achieve automatic control,remote control,and sealing effect is not good.Designed a gear-driven type pneumatic control waterproof gate for mine,which can be controlled remotely with automatic control system,and the sealing was reliable.
