摘要
为了有效提高掘进机连接耳架结构强度与可靠性,运用有限元分析软件,充分考虑连接耳架受到的应力和应变,从静力学属性角度对连接耳架进行研究。针对连接耳架上容易遭到损坏的强度较低区域,提出合理化改进方案,有效均衡连接耳架的应力分布,减少应力集中区域,优化连接耳架结构设计,达到机械强度进一步提高的目的。
In order to effectively improve the structure strength and reliability of roadheader connecting ear bracket,by using the finite element analysis software,fully considered the stress and strain of the connecting ear bracket,and researched on the connecting ear bracket from the perspective of static properties.In view of the low strength area of the connecting ear bracket that was easy to be damaged,proposed a rational improvement plan to effectively balance the stress distribution of the connecting ear bracket,reduce the stress concentration area,optimize the structural design of the connecting ear bracket,and achieve the purpose of further improving the mechanical strength.
