为解决回填开采工艺中TBM施工进度快、排矸量大、无法快速连续运输等影响施工进度的问题,介绍了柔性快速回填成套装备的应用,可有效解决传统回填工艺充填不连续、效率低、操作繁琐、充填率不高等问题,实现了回填巷道的自动化充填,为TBM高效掘进与弯曲巷道回填的平行作业提供了安全高效的新方案。

In order to solve the problems affecting the construction progress of TBM in the backfill mining process,such as fast construction progress,large amount of gangue discharge,and inability to transport quickly and continuously,introduced the application of a flexible and rapid backfill complete set of equipment,which can effectively solve the problems of low filling efficiency and cumbersome operation of the traditional backfill process,realize the automatic filling of the backfill roadway,and provide a safe and efficient new scheme for the parallel operation of TBM efficient tunneling and curved roadway backfilling.
