煤矿智能润滑融合系统研究与应用

摘要 针对煤矿机电设备人工润滑周期长、可靠性低、安全隐患大、容易造成设备损伤等问题,提出了由润滑设备层、集中控制层和融合展现层构成的煤矿智能润滑融合系统,实现了设备的自动智能润滑,并构建PLC数据交互接口,实现了与煤矿智能一体化管控平台的融合展现和远程控制。现场实际应用表明,该系统节约了油脂用量,提高了润滑效率,减少了人力成本,提升了煤矿智能化水平,具有一定的推广使用价值。 In view of the problems of manual lubrication of coal mine electromechanical equipment such as long period,low reliability,large safety hazards and easy leading to equipment damage,an intelligent lubrication fusion system for coal mine composed of lubrication equipment layer,centralized control layer and fusion display layer was proposed to achieve automatic intelligent lubrication of equipment,and constructed the PLC data interfaces to achieve integrated display and remote control with the coal mine intelligent integrated management and control platform.The actual application on site shows that this system saves the amount of grease,improves lubrication efficiency,reduces labor costs,enhances the level of intelligence in coal mines and has certain promotion and use value.
