摘要 校长作为教育家办学,应有自己的教育思想。校长要通过弘扬教育家精神来引领自己的教育思想,校长要在理解教育基本形态的过程中探索办学思想,校长要在系统思考和解决教育的根本问题中发展教育思想。校长的教育思想有四个基本特点,即主观性与客观性的统一,继承性和创造性的统一,理论性和实践性相统一,特殊性和普遍性相统一。以教育家精神引领校长教育思想的发展,旨在让校长深入思考教育“六观”问题及其逻辑关系,形成系统的办学思想。 As an educator,the principal should have his own educational thoughts.Principals should lead their own educational thoughts by carrying forward the spirit of educators,explore the idea of running a school in the process of understanding the basic form of education,and form educational thoughts in the process of thinking systematically and solving the fundamental problems of education.The principal's educational thought has four basic characteristics,namely,the unity of subjectivity and objectivity,the unity of inheritance and creativity,the unity of theory and practice,and the unity of particularity and universality.Only by guiding the development of the principal's educational thought with the spirit of educator,can the principal think deeply about the“six views”of education and their logical relations,can the systematic school-running thought be formed.
