中西医联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者机体功能的影响分析

Effect of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine on Lumbar Disc Herniation and Its Influence on Patient's Body Function

目的:分析中西医联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者机体功能的影响。方法:选取2022年1-12月盘州市双凤镇卫生院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组,各60例。常规组给予常规西医治疗,联合组给予中西医联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率及疼痛症状积分。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者腰部疼痛积分、下肢疼痛积分及马尾神经综合征积分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可有效缓解患者疼痛症状,提高治疗总有效率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its influence on the patient's body function.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Panzhou Shuangfeng Town Health Center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group and combined group by random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.The routine group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the combined group was given combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The total effective rate and pain symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the lumbar pain score,lower limb pain score and cauda equina syndrome score in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine for lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients and improve the total effective rate.
