中药穴位敷贴与康艾注射液在铂类联合化疗恶性肿瘤患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application and Kangai Injection in Patients with Malignant Tumors Treated with Platinum-based Combined Chemotherapy

目的:探讨中药穴位敷贴与康艾注射液预防恶性肿瘤患者铂类联合化疗不良反应的临床价值。方法:选取2022年1-12月在山西省中医院进行治疗的92例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各46例。两组患者均采用铂类联合化疗方案治疗,其中对照组采用常规对症治疗与护理,观察组采用穴位敷贴联合康艾注射液进行治疗。比较两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组患者的恶心呕吐分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的便秘症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后,观察组患者的各项指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药穴位敷贴联合康艾注射液治疗的方式能够改善恶性肿瘤患者铂类联合化疗的不良反应,值得在临床上应用并予以推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and Kangai injection in preventing adverse reactions of platinum-based combination chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.Methods:92 patients with malignant tumors treated in the Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with a platinum-based combination chemotherapy regimen.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment and nursing care,while the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Kangai injection.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The nausea and vomiting grade of the patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the constipation symptom score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after chemotherapy,the levels of various indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Kangai injection can improve the adverse reactions of platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
