牛黄上清片联合常规西药治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Niuhuang Shangqing Tablet Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Fungal Keratitis

目的:探讨牛黄上清片联合常规西药治疗真菌性角膜炎(FK)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年3月于贵州中医药大学附属第二医院就诊的308例(308眼)FK患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各154例(154眼)。对照组采用单纯西药局部给药及牛黄上清片模拟剂治疗,观察组在对照组西药局部给药的基础上采用牛黄上清片治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、眼部总评分和血清炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗2周、4周后,观察组眼部总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α及IFN-γ水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对FK患者采用牛黄上清片联合常规西药治疗效果显著提高,可改善眼部状况,降低血清炎性细胞因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Niuhuang Shangqing tablet combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of fungal keratitis(FK).Methods:A total of three hundred and eight FK patients(308 eyes)admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with one hundred and fifty-four cases(154 eyes)in each group.The control group was treated with simple local administration of Western medicine and Niuhuang Shangqing tablet simulation agent,and the observation group was treated with Niuhuang Shangqing tablet on the basis of local administration of Western medicine in the control group.The clinical efficacy,total ocular score and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total ocular score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αand IFN-γin observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of FK patients with Niuhuang Shangqing tablet combined with conventional western medicine,the effect is significantly improved,which can improve the ocular condition and reduce the level of serum inflammatory cytokines.
