彩色多普勒超声对妇产科急腹症的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对妇产科急腹症的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月-2023年1月浠水县中医院收治的60例妇产科急腹症患者的临床资料,患者均接受经腹部彩色多普勒超声(TAS)检查、经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVS)检查和经腹部联合经阴道(TAS+TVS)检查,以手术病理结果为“金标准”,比较3种检查方式的诊断准确率。结果:60例妇产科急腹症患者经手术病理确诊为急性盆腔炎15例,异位妊娠14例,流产14例,卵巢囊肿蒂扭转9例,黄体破裂5例,前置胎盘3例;TAS+TVS检查对妇产科急腹症的总体诊断准确率高于TVS、TAS,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TAS+TVS检查对妇产科急腹症的诊断准确性较高,具有重要临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in obstetric and gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:The clinical data of 60 obstetric and gynecological acute abdomen patients admitted to Xishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound(TAS)examination,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(TVS)examination and transabdominal combined transvaginal(TAS+TVS)examination,with surgical pathology results as the gold standard.Compare the diagnostic accuracy of 3 examination methods.Results:60 obstetric and gynecological acute abdomen patients were diagnosed by surgical pathology in 15 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease,14 cases of ectopic pregnancy,14 cases of miscarriage,9 cases of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion,5 cases of corpus luteum rupture,and 3 cases of placenta previa;the overall diagnostic accuracy of TAS+TVS examination for obstetric and gynecological acute abdomen is higher than that of TVS and TAS,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAS+TVS examination has high accuracy in diagnosing acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,and has important clinical application value.
