雄激素受体在肾透明细胞癌患者中的表达及相关性研究

Study on the Expression and Correlation of Androgen Receptor in Patients with Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的:探讨雄激素受体(AR)在肾透明细胞癌患者中的表达、临床病理特征与AR相关性。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月于广东医科大学附属医院就诊的36例肾透明细胞癌患者为研究对象,均采集肾癌组织及正常癌旁组织(距离肿瘤>5 cm),采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测AR的表达情况,结合肿瘤的病理分期初步探讨AR可能的临床意义。结果:男性AR相对表达量与女性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常癌旁组织(距离肿瘤>5cm)的AR相对表达量高于肾透明细胞癌,T1期肾透明细胞癌组织的AR相对表达量高于T2期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AR与肾透明细胞癌病理结果、临床分期呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AR可能是肾透明细胞癌发生、发展的相关受体,并且在多种类型肾癌中的多个阶段有表达,可能在促进肾癌发生、发展中发挥作用。

Objective:To explore the expression of androgen receptor(AR)in patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma,the correlation between clinicopathological characteristics and AR.Methods:36 patients with clear cell renal cell carcinoma who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Renal cancer tissues and normal paracancerous tissues(>5 cm away from the tumor)were collected,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology was used to detect the expression of AR,and the possible clinical significance of AR was preliminarily explored based on the pathological staging of the tumors.Results:Compared with the relative expression of AR in males,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the relative expression of AR in normal adjacent cancer tissues(>5 cm from the tumor)was higher than that in renal clear cell carcinoma.The relative expression of AR in T1 stage renal clear cell carcinoma tissue was higher than that in T2 stage.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);AR was negatively correlated with pathological results and clinical stages of clear cell renal cell carcinoma,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:AR may be a relevant receptor in the occurrence and development of clear cell renal cell carcinoma,and is expressed in multiple stages of various types of renal cancer,and may play a role in promoting the occurrence and development of renal cancer.
