The dual pressure of accelerating aging and shifting fertility policies has led to a surge in the demand for care for the elderly and children,exacerbating the conflict between family care responsibilities and insufficient care resources.Given the insufficient supply of socialized care services,it is urgent to take the family as the focus to repair and improve the care functions.Based on the theoretical framework of Strengths perspective,it is found that individuals,families,communities,and other care subjects in the family care model have their own advantages,and we can maximize the advantages of family care through empowerment,resilience,membership,integration,and other strengthened operation approaches.Family care not only satisfies the family care preferences of individual social members,but also enhances basic family functions,family growth,and intergenerational integration.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore and give full play to strengths to achieve endogenous production and continuous supply of family care.
