SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青冷补料耐久性研究

摘要 采用SBS改性乳化沥青与SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青作为胶结材料,分别制备SBS改性乳化沥青冷补料和SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青冷补料,通过强度性能测试,研究了矿粉、水泥用量对SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青冷补料力学强度的影响,确定了SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青冷补料的最佳组成配比。通过分别测试其在热-氧耦合、长期浸水以及热-氧-水耦合条件下强度随老化时间的衰减程度来评价SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青冷补料的耐久性能。结果表明,PPA能够有效提高SBS改性乳化沥青冷补料的耐久性能,研究显示,PPA能够改善SBS与基质沥青的相容性,提高SBS改性沥青及其乳液的路用性能,因此能够有效提高SBS改性乳化沥青冷补料的路用性能。制备的SBS/PPA复合改性乳化沥青冷补料具有良好的耐久性。 SBS modified emulsified asphalt and SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt as cementing materials,respectively prepared SBS modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials and SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials.Through the strength performance test,the effect of the amount of mineral powder and cement on the mechanical strength of SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials was studied,and the optimal composition ratio of SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials was determined.The durability of SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials was evaluated by separately testing the strength of its strength with aging time under thermal-oxygen coupling,long-term immersion and thermal-oxygen-water coupling conditions.The results show that PPA can effectively improve the durability of SBS modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials.Studies have shown that PPA can improve the compatibility of SBS and matrix asphalt,and improve the road performance of SBS modified asphalt and its emulsion,so it can effectively improve the road performance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials.And the SBS/PPA composite modified emulsified asphalt cold patch materials prepared in this paper has good durability.
