基于融雪剂融冰能力的最佳用量分析

摘要 通过研究融雪剂溶液浓度、融雪剂溶液用量、与冰块接触面积、制冰用水量4个因素对融雪剂融冰能力的影响。结果表明,液体型融雪剂使用浓度存在最佳范围,为29%~40%;融雪剂溶液的用量存在最佳范围,推荐在保证融雪剂溶液覆盖冰雪后,覆盖冰雪形成的液体膜具有0.61 cm的厚度,但其厚度不宜超过0.71 cm。 This paper studied the influence of four factors on the melting ability of snowmelt agent:concentration of snowmelt agent solution,dosage of snowmelt agent solution,contact area with ice,and water consumption of ice making.The conclusions were as follows:there was an optimal range of concentration of liquid snowmelt agent,which was 29%~40%;there is an optimal range for the dosage of snowmelt agent solution.It is recommended that the thickness of liquid film formed by covering snow and ice should be 0.61 cm,but the thickness should not exceed 0.71 cm after covering snow and ice with snowmelt agent solution.
