摘要
山东LNG接收站目前存在柔性保冷系统失效问题,更换硬质保冷系统前对保冷材料性能进行模拟工况的低温测试,确定了管道主要保冷材料的物理性能;采用A、B、C三种方案对部分管道、阀门试点改造,从改造方案的角度分析更换保冷层后的效果;采用基于热电偶测试的表面温度法对比分析三种方案的漏冷量,寻找最优的管道保冷维修维护方案。
At present,there is a problem of failure of the flexible cold-retaining system in Shandong LNG receiving station.Before replacing the rigid cold-retaining system,the performance of the cold-retaining material was tested under simulated working conditions,and the physical properties of the main cold-retaining material were determined.A,B and C schemes are adopted for the pilot transformation of some pipelines and valves,and the effect of replacing the cooling layer is analyzed from the perspective of the transformation scheme.The surface temperature method based on thermocouple test was used to compare and analyze the leakage cooling capacity of the three schemes.The optimal pipeline cooling maintenance scheme was found.
