摘要
CPVC树脂具有优良的电性能、耐高温以及较高的机械强度等优良性能,合格专用PVC树脂是合成CPVC树脂的关键。通过调整聚合釜搅拌桨转速、聚合反应温度和分散剂用量,采用带双层三叶后掠式桨的聚合釜聚合反应生成CPVC专用PVC树脂。通过百克树脂增塑剂吸收量及K值的测定,确定了制备CPVC专用PVC树脂的最佳操作条件。结果表明,搅拌桨转速为600 r/min、聚合反应温度为56.5℃、分散剂质量浓度为500 mg/L时得到的PVC树脂性能最佳,并对其与普通PVC颗粒进行了性能对比。
CPVC resin performs well in electrical property,high-temperature resistance and mechanical strength,and a kind of qualified special PVC resin is the key to synthesize CPVC resin.Special PVC resin for CPVC was produced by the polymerizer with double three-bladed swept-back paddles through adjusting the rotational speed of polymerizer,polymerization temperature and quantity of disperser.The optimum operating conditions for preparing PVC resin for CPVC were found by determinating the plasticiser’s absorbtivity of every 100 g resin and K-value.The best condition has been selected:rotational speed of 600 r/min,polymerization temperature of 56.5℃and mass concentration of dispersant of 500 mg/L,and its properties were compared with ordinary PVC particles.
