摘要
乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚聚丙烯(简称三元共聚聚丙烯)具有较低的起始热封温度和良好的透明性,通常被用作包装薄膜材料,产品附加值高,但它的生产难度大,技术壁垒高。综述了三元共聚聚丙烯的合成、结构与性能方面的研究进展,介绍了三元共聚的催化剂和聚合工艺,讨论三元共聚聚丙烯的组成和链结构对最终产品性能以及它的起始热封温度和可溶物含量这些关键性能参数的影响,并对三元共聚聚丙烯的研究和开发方向进行了展望。
Ethylene-propylene-butylene terpolymer polypropylene has low initial heat-sealing temperature and good transparency.It is usually used as packaging film material with high added value,however,its production is difficult with high technical barriers.This paper reviews the research progress in the synthesis,structure and properties of terpolymer polypropylene,introduces the catalyst and polymerization process of ternary copolymerization,discusses the influence of its composition and chain structure on the performance of final product,the key performance parameters such as initial heat-sealing temperature and soluble content,and looks forward to the research and development direction of terpolymer polypropylene.
