不同基质超疏水材料及其在油水分离中的应用

摘要 现有清理或回收泄漏石油的许多方法不仅经济成本高,还可能对环境造成二次污染。超疏水材料在油水分离方面显示出巨大的潜力,在处理溢油问题中得到广泛应用。介绍了超疏水材料的除油方法及制备方法,综述了以工业产品、天然无机材料、生物质材料和新兴材料为基质制备的超疏水材料在油水分离中的应用,分析了各自的特点与优点。提出了现有超疏水材料在油水分离领域存在的不足,并对未来的研究前景进行了展望。 Many existing methods for cleaning up or recovering spilled oil are not only costly,but may also cause secondary pollution to the environment.Superhydrophobic materials show great potential in oil-water separation and are widely used in dealing with oil spills.The oil removal methods and preparation methods of superhydrophobic materials are introduced,and the application of superhydrophobic materials prepared from industrial products,natural inorganic materials,biomass materials and emerging materials in oil-water separation is reviewed.The characteristics and advantages of each material are analyzed.The shortcomings of existing superhydrophobic materials in the field of oil-water separation are put forward,and the future research prospects are prospected.
