摘要
在全面建设高水平高职院校的社会背景下,加强高职院校劳动教育中的工匠文化认同,对全面提升高职学生的劳动能力,培育学生的工匠精神,弘扬中国优秀传统文化具有重要意义。劳动教育和工匠文化都以现实劳动为依托,二者在价值取向、育人目标上具有高度的契合性。职业院校在积极推进劳动教育的过程中,要将“工匠精神”培育切实融入劳动教育的全过程,在培养方案、课程体系、评价机制等方面,积极探索在劳动教育中强化工匠文化认同的培育路径,增强学生对工匠文化的认同感。
Under the social background of comprehensive construction of high-level higher vocational colleges,strengthening the identity of craftsman culture in labor education of higher vocational colleges is of great significance to comprehensively improve the labor ability of higher vocational students,cultivate students'craftsman spirit,and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture.the educational paths that are suitable for the mutual promotion and integration between the two can be explored.Labor education and craftsman culture are both based on realistic labor,and they have a high degree of consistency in value orientation and education goal.In the process of actively promoting labor education,vocational colleges should integrate the cultivation of"artisan spirit"into the whole process of labor education,actively explore the cultivation path of strengthening artisan identity in labor education in terms of training programs,curriculum systems,evaluation mechanisms,and so on,and enhance students'sense of identity to artisan culture.
