弹力带抗阻训练对乒乓球运动员运动耐力、心肺功能的影响研究

摘要 目的:探讨弹力带抗阻训练对乒乓球运动员运动耐力和心肺功能的潜在影响。方法:采用实验法开展研究,通过全面观察一般资料、心肺功能指标和运动耐力等指标,来深入了解弹力带抗阻训练的益处。研究对象为二级乒乓球水平的运动员,分为实验组和对照组,确保基础水平相似。实验组接受12周的弹力带抗阻训练,而对照组进行正常乒乓球训练。观察指标包括一般资料、心功能和肺功能的评估以及运动耐力测试。结果表明:实验组经过弹力带抗阻训练后,心功能指标(如左心室射血分数)显著提升,而肺功能指标(如用力呼气一秒容积)也有显著增加。结论:弹力带抗阻训练对运动员的心血管和呼吸系统产生了积极影响,初步判断是通过改善心肌收缩力和提升呼吸肌肉力量得以实现的。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the potential effects of elastic resistance band training on the endurance and cardiopulmonary function of table tennis athletes.METHOD:An experimental approach was employed,comprehensively analyzing general information,cardiopulmonary function indicators,and endurance to gain insights into the benefits of elastic resistance band training.The study focused on athletes at Level II of table tennis proficiency,divided into an experimental group and a control group,ensuring comparable baseline levels.The experimental group underwent 12 weeks of elastic resistance band training,while the control group received standard table tennis training.Evaluation criteria included general information,cardiac and pulmonary assessments,and endurance tests.RESULTS:The experimental group,following elastic resistance band training,demonstrated a significant improvement in cardiac function indicators(such as left ventricular ejection fraction),coupled with a notable increase in pulmonary function indicators(such as forced expiratory volume in one second).CONCLUSION:Elastic resistance band training positively influences the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of athletes,potentially achieved through enhancing myocardial contractility and respiratory muscle strength.
