摘要
目的:通过开展应用功率负荷参数指导运动健康干预的初步探索实验,探究可实施的应用功率负荷参数指导运动健康干预的实用方案。方法:基于本团队前期利用S-TAG等可穿戴实时功率监测设备所进行的功率负荷运动健康干预的初步探索工作,评估功率负荷强度方案的可行性与有效性,结合相关文献及国内外既往经验,形成最终的运动健康干预方案。结果:不同风险水平的人群基于使用S-TAG所进行功率负荷指导的运动干预,心肺耐力均获得了改善,且改善效果与传统方法相当。在此基础上,本文总结出应用功率负荷参数指导的运动健康干预方案,包括形成干预前健康筛查和风险评估、体质测试、功率负荷参数指导的运动健康干预方案和常见不良事件的处置方法。建议:在不同健康水平人群中,运动功率作为运动强度指标指导运动健康干预的方案需规范、个体化;关注运动干预过程中常见不良事件,并在发生时及时处理。
OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore practical approaches to guide sports health interventions using applied power load parameters through preliminary experimental investigations.METHODS:Based on previous exploratory work conducted by our team using wearable real-time power monitoring devices such as S-TAG,the feasibility and effectiveness of power load intensity schemes were assessed.Drawing upon relevant literature and previous experiences both domestically and internationally,a comprehensive sports health intervention plan was formulated.RESULTS:Sports interventions guided by power load using S-TAG demonstrated improvements in cardiorespiratory endurance for individuals of different risk levels,with comparable outcomes to traditional methods.Based on these findings,a sports health intervention plan guided by applied power load parameters was developed,which includes pre-intervention health screening and risk assessment,physical fitness testing,the formulation of sports health intervention plans guided by power load parameters,and the management of common adverse events.SUGGESTIONS:In populations with varying levels of health,the use of exercise power load as an indicator of exercise intensity in guiding sports health interventions should be standardized and personalized.Additionally,attention should be given to common adverse events during the intervention process,with timely management when they occur.
