系统论视域下我国高校女足后备人才培养的现实审视与优化路径

A Critical Examination and Optimization Strategy for the Cultivation of Female Reserve Football Talents in Chinese Universities from a Systems Theory Perspective

为推动我国高校女子足球运动的开展,本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,基于系统论视域对我国高校女子足球后备人才的培养进行研究,分析我国高校女子足球后备人才培养体系的系统特征,重新审视我国高校女子足球后备人才培养过程中存在其后备人才培养体系缺乏整体性、衔接性、开放性、层次性等现实困境,并据此提出完善培养体系的整体性、强化其各环节的衔接性、提升其培养资源的开放性、细化其培养层次性等优化路径,以期为我国高校女足后备人才培养体系的完善提供一定指导和借鉴。

To advance women’s football in China’s universities,this study employs methods such as literature analysis and logical reasoning,utilizing a systems theory approach to explore the development of female college reserve football talents.Analyzing the systemic features of the reserve talent cultivation system,the study reevaluates current challenges,including the lack of comprehensiveness,coherence,openness,and hierarchy in the process of cultivating female reserve football talents in China’s universities and colleges.Building upon this analysis,the paper proposes optimization strategies,including enhancing the overall structure,reinforcing coherence at each stage,increasing the openness of resources,and refining hierarchical aspects of the talent cultivation system.The goal is to provide guidance and insights for the enhancement of the reserve talent development system for female football in China’s universities.
