躯干运动影响姿势控制的相关性研究

摘要 背景:运动过程中重心的变化范围与关节的运动范围和协调性相关。目的:以躯干为例,研究躯干运动范围对重心变化范围的影响。方法:随机招募遵义医科大学学生35名(男生27名,女生8名),运用PN3 Pro高级惯性动作捕捉系统采集受试者后退跑动作的运动学数据,采集的指标为躯干和重心的变化范围,运用采用Pearson计算相关程度。结果:左支撑期,Y轴方向上的重心变化与躯干的屈、侧屈、旋转具有相关性,且躯干在三轴上的运动也具有相关性;第一次腾空期,X轴、Z轴方向上重心的变化与躯干在三轴上的运动相关,躯干在三轴上的运动具有相关性;右脚支撑期,重心在Y轴上的变化与躯干屈相关,侧屈与屈、旋转具有相关性;第二次腾空期,重心在Y轴上的变化与躯干在三轴上的运动以及自身在X轴、Y轴上的变化相关。结论:以非优势侧主导的运动会动用更多的关节来维持身体的动态平衡和姿势的稳定性。 BACKGROUND:The range of center of gravity(COG)changes during movement is closely related to the range and coordination of joint motion.OBJECTIVE:This study aims to investigate the impact of trunk movement range on the range of COG changes,using the trunk as an example.METHODS:A total of 35 students(27 males,8 females)from Zunyi Medical University were randomly recruited.The PN3 Pro advanced inertial motion capture system was used to collect kinematic data during the subjects’backward running movements.The variables analyzed were the range of trunk movement and COG changes.Pearson correlation coefficients were calculated to determine the degree of correlation.RESULTS:During the left support phase,the Y-axis COG changes showed correlations with trunk flexion,lateral flexion,and rotation.Additionally,the trunk movements in all three axes demonstrated correlations.During the first flight phase,the X-axis and Z-axis COG changes were correlated with trunk movements in all three axes.During the right support phase,the Y-axis COG changes were correlated with trunk flexion,lateral flexion,and rotation.During the second flight phase,the Y-axis COG changes were correlated with trunk movements in all three axes,as well as self-changes in the X-axis and Y-axis.CONCLUSION:Movements dominated by the non-dominant side require the engagement of more joints to maintain dynamic balance and postural stability.
