经济开发区教育管理体制再造的实践与思考——以江苏无锡经济开发区为例

Practice and Reflection on the Re-engineering of Education Management System in Economic Development Zones

摘要 我国经济开发区建设已历经40年历程,但如何发展经开区的教育,缺少体制改革方面的成功经验和理论阐释。江苏无锡经济开发区教育实践表明,可以通过体制再造,重塑教育发展理念;实行一体化教育管理制度,推进以信息化为特征的业务流程;建构多样化的课程体系,打造教师教育新格局,优化资源配置,提高教育教学质量,反哺经济开发区的发展。体制再造,重在理念重塑、机构重组、业务流程创新,体现了马克思主义教育观的基本原理,适应了未来学校的发展趋势,也适应了经开区的发展要求和功能定位。 It has been 40 years since the construction of economic development zone in our country,but how to develop the education in the development zone is short of successful experience and theoretical explanation in system reform.The educational practice of Wuxi Economic Development Zone shows that,by means of system re-engineering,reshaping educational development concept,implementing integrated educational management system,promoting business process characterized by informationization,and constructing diversified curriculum system,creating a new pattern of teacher education,it can optimize the allocation of resources,improve the quality of education and teaching,and feed back the development of economic development zones.The system re-engineering focuses on the idea remolding,the organization reorganization and the business process innovation.The system re-engineering embodies the basic principles of Marxism,adapts to the development trend of the future schools,and also adapts to the development requirements and functional orientation of the economic development zones.
