可视化燃料电池运行时间差异性研究

摘要 为了考察燃料电池启停过程中的特性,采用末端可封闭的可视化燃料电池单池进行发电实验,并采用数值模拟的方式分析杂质气体和产物水堵塞对电池性能的影响。实验结果表明,多次气体置换可提升反应气体的纯度,工作电压也随之上升,从而延长运行时间。燃料电池运行时间和置换次数呈对数线性关系。水气及水滴对可视化单池的运行时间具有一定影响,水气及水滴在一定程度阻碍了反应气体的进入,从而影响了可视化单池的运行时间。由于流道被水滴堵塞后,浓度过电压和欧姆过电压均会增加,导致有效电压减少。 In order to investigate the characteristics of fuel cell startup and shutdown processes,a visualized fuel cell single cell with a closed end was used for power generation experiments,and numerical simulation was used to analyze the impact of impurity gas and product water blockage on fuel cell performance.The experimental results show that multiple gas displacement can improve the purity of the reaction gas,and the working voltage also increases,thereby extending the operating time.There is a logarithmic linear relationship between the operating time of fuel cells and the number of replacements.Water vapor and water droplets have a certain impact on the operating time of a visualized single cell.Water vapor and water droplets hinder the entry of reaction gases to a certain extent,thereby affecting the operating time of the visualized single cell.Due to the blockage of the flow channel by water droplets,both concentration overpotential and ohmic overpotential will increase,resulting in a decrease in effective voltage.
