摘要
SLon立环脉动高梯度磁选机作为一种高效的弱磁性矿物分选设备,具有重要的应用价值。模块化设计作为一种现代化发展理论应用于磁选机研制过程中能够有效提升该设备研制工作效率,如基于不同功能模块的组合、优化,能够促使磁选机适应多种应用环境,拓宽设备应用领域,同时还可以提升设备的工作效益。文章拟对SLon磁选机各主要零部件进行模块化拆分及优化组合探讨,通过优化组合能够拓宽设备的应用范围,满足市场多样化需求。
SLon vertical loop pulsating high gradient magnetic separator,as an efficient separation equipment for weak magnetic minerals,has important application value.Modular design as a modern development theory applied to the development process of magnetic separator can effectively improve the efficiency of the development of the equipment,such as based on the combination of different functional modules,optimization,can promote the magnetic separator to adapt to a variety of application environments,broaden the application field of equipment,but also improve the efficiency of the equipment.This paper intends to discuss the modular splitting and optimization combination of the main parts of the SLon magnetic separator,which can broaden the application range of the equipment and meet the diversified needs of the market.
