This article explores how to effectively shape and continue corporate culture,analyzing the connotation and extension of corporate culture,including characteristics such as values,extensibility,diversity,and commonality,as well as areas such as material culture,spiritual culture,and life culture.Discussed the role of corporate culture,its formation stages,and audience groups,analyzed the path,strategies,and considerations for preventing public opinion in the construction of corporate culture.
