做好州属国有矿山企业基层党建工作的思考

Reflections on How to do Well in the Grass-Roots Party Construction Work of State-Owned Mining Enterprises

近年来,加强党对国有企业的领导得到了有效的贯彻落实,国有企业在强化党建考核、加强支部工作、选人用人、规范支部建设等方面做了不少工作,国有企业党的建设工作上升到了一个新高度、新台阶。但就融入业务工作抓党建方面一些公司党委高标准抓党建的部署要求与基层党支部抓落地执行的效果依然存在差距。本文以笔者所在的州属国有矿山企业为研究对象,分析基层党建工作现状及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出对策,以供参考。

In recent years,the strengthening of the Party's leadership over state-owned enterprises has been effectively implemented.State-owned enterprises have done a lot of work in strengthening Party construction assessment,strengthening branch work,selecting and employing personnel,standardizing branch construction,the Party construction work of state-owned enterprises has risen to a new height and a new level.However,there is still a gap between the development requirements of some companies and Party committees'high standards of Party grassroots Party construction in terms of integrating business work into Party construction and the effect of grassroots Party branches'implementation.This paper takes the state-owned mining enterprises where the author is located as the research object,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of grass-roots Party construction work,and put forward countermeasures on this basis for reference.
