国际公法课程思政的思路与实施

摘要 鉴于国际公法的专业特点及其对维护国家利益的重要性,这门课程适宜并且亟待开展课程思政建设。课程思政设计不应简单地叠加思政内容,而应以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为指导原则,改变照本宣科的模式,创新教学内容和教学方法。在教学内容方面,应当坚持以价值观塑造和知识传授为导向激发和培养学生的爱国主义精神,突出我国国际法实践、关注我国面临的国际法实际问题、追踪国际法最新发展前沿,更新教学内容并提高任课教师专业水平。在教学方法方面,应当坚持以能力培养为导向培养学生维护国家权益的综合素质,注意训练学生解决问题的能力、重视案例研讨式教学方法、以培养复合型涉外人才为目标提升双语教学水平。为了解决课时量对课程思政的限制问题,应当统筹规划,充分调动课前课后校内校外资源。 Given the characteristics of international law and its importance to safeguarding national interests,it is suitable and urgent to implement ideological and political construction to the course of international law.Instead of simply adding ideological and political elements,the implementation should follow the Guidelines for the Construction of Course Ideology and Politics in Colleges and Universities and reform teaching content and methods.In terms of teaching content,it should be guided by value shaping and knowledge imparting to stimulate and cultivate students'patriotism.Teachers should highlight Chinese practice,concentrate on practical issues,and follow the latest development in international law to update the teaching content and improve their professional quality.In terms of teaching methods,teaching should adhere to cultivate students"comprehensive quality of safeguarding national rights and interests.The measures that can be taken include training students'problem-solving ability,carrying out case studies,and improving bilingual teaching.In order to solve the problem of limited class hours in the implementation,it is necessary to do overall plans and fully utilize the resources inside and outside the school,before and after the class.
