元宇宙不仅是技术大集成,也能开肇新的教育模式。在技术上,元宇宙教育基础设施的营造,基于元宇宙的沉浸学习支持,标志着教育元宇宙的兴起。在法学教育影响上,元宇宙存在赋能法学教育,塑造个性化、情景化教育,形成元宇宙法学教育模式的时代机遇;对法学教育而言,元宇宙也存在技术发展掣肘、教育民主公平、数字隐私安全的问题。可以展望的是,元宇宙将重构法学教育形态,形成法学教育的未来景观:寓教于乐,融教于趣;技术化人,全域学习;用户至上,用心服务。尚需强调的是,元宇宙时代的法学教育虽是法学教育的下一个篇章,但不可能改变“育人为本”的教育本质。

Metaverse is not only a big integration of technology,but also an opening-up of the new education models.In terms of technology,the creation of a metaverse educational infrastructure is based on metaverse immersion learning support,marking the rise of the educational metaverse.In terms of legal education impact,there remains an opportunity of the times that the metaverse can empower legal education,shaping the personalized and contextualized education and forming a metaverse legal education model;for legal education,there are also issues about technological development constraints,democratic equity in education and digital privacy security.What we can expect is that metaverse will reconfigure the form of legal education and form the future landscape of legal education:teaching through lively activities,integrating education with fun;teaching technology for people,learning from all area;taking user at prior,serving from heart.It is important to emphasize that although legal education in the metaverse era is the new chapter,it is unlikely to change the essence of education,which is"education for people".
