摘要
《德国法学与当代中国》一书在德国法学特色机制的背景之下,评介了德国法学教育的模式和成效,并结合我国现状对未来人才培养进路进行了理性分析。这一较为系统的中德法学比较研究,为改革国内法律职业资格考试制度、强化学生思维方法的训练、探索以研习评注盘活理实并重的培育方式提供了新鲜经验和丰富的思考维度,以期走出校园的学子更适宜地与法治实践对接契合。
Under the background of the characteristic mechanism of German law,German Law and Contemporary China comments on the model and effect of German law education,and makes a rational analysis of the future talent training approach in combination with the current situation in China.This systematic comparative study of Chinese and German law provides fresh experience and rich thinking dimensions for reforming the domestic vocational qualification examination system,strengthening the training of students'thinking methods,and exploring the cultivation method of revitalizing both theory and practice by studying commentaries,with the hope that students who leave the campus will be more suitable to dovetail with the rule of law practice.
