基于北斗时空体系的非道路移动机械污染排放远程监控系统设计与应用研究

摘要 非道路移动机械数量和排放量巨大,消耗大量柴油等化石能源,污染形势十分严峻。结合非道路移动机械污染排放管控实际需求,运用北斗+大数据分析+可视化应用的关键技术路线,对非道路移动机械污染排放远程监控系统进行设计与应用研究,力求解决非道路移动机械污染防治从人防到技防转变的问题。 Non-road mobile machinery has a huge quantity and emissions,consuming a large amount of fossil fuels such as diesel,and pollution situation is very severe.Based on actual needs of non-road mobile machinery pollution emission control,key technical route of "Beidou+big data analysis+visualization application" was applied to design and apply a remote monitoring system for non-road mobile machinery pollution emissions,aiming to fundamentally solve problem of how to transform non-road mobile machinery pollution prevention and control from civil defense to technical defense.
