Constructing the Independent Knowledge System of Chinese Jurisprudence

2022年4月25日,习近平总书记在中国人民大学考察时指出:“加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学,归根结底是建构中国自主的知识体系。”法学自主知识体系是中国自主知识体系的重要组成部分,建构中国法学自主知识体系,进而加快建构中国特色法学体系,有着重大的理论和实践意义。本期圆桌,邀请法学专家学者,探讨新文科建设与自主知识体系建构的关系,法学期刊的使命,以及法学自主知识体系建构的目的、基础、方法、路径等,以期为自主知识体系建构贡献智慧。

The independent knowledge system of jurisprudence is an important component of China's independent knowledge system.Constructing the independent knowledge system of Chinese jurisprudence and accelerating the construction of legal system with Chinese characteristics have significant theoretical and practical significance.In this symposium,legal experts and scholars were invited to explore the relationship between the construction of new humanities and the construction of independent knowledge systems,the mission of legal journals,and the purpose,foundation,methods,and paths of constructing the independent knowledge system of jurisprudence,in order to contribute wisdom to the construction of independent knowledge systems.
