预分解窑分解磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥新技术

摘要 介绍了带分解炉悬浮预热器预分解(NSP)的技术特点。该技术以CO、H_(2)代替传统的焦炭作为还原剂,具有分解温度低、能耗低、窑气SO_(2)浓度高等优势。采用单台φ4 m×75 m NSP窑,三级预热器+烘干工艺,可联产1.0 kt/d硫酸和1.08 kt/d水泥熟料,1 kg产品能耗2700 kJ。在磷石膏二氧化硅质量分数小于9%的地区,该技术能同时生产出优等品硫酸和合格水泥熟料产品,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 This article introduces the technical characteristics of suspended preheater pre decomposition(NSP)with decomposition furnace.This technology replaces traditional coke with CO and H_(2) as reducing agents,which has the advantages of low decomposition temperature,low energy consumption,and high concentration of SO_(2) in kiln gas.Using a single unit∅4 m×A 75 m NSP kiln with a three-stage preheater and drying process can co-produce 1.0 kt/d sulfuric acid and 1.08 kt/d cement clinker.The energy consumption of 1 kg of product is 2700 kJ.In areas where the mass fraction of silica in phosphogypsum is less than 9%,this technology can simultaneously produce high-quality sulfuric acid and qualified cement clinker products,with good economic and social benefits.
